Gripples, made of die-cast aluminium and ceramic, have been the ideal tool for joining wires for over thirty years. They allow wires to be joined easily, by means of an internal mechanism that allows the wire to slide in one direction and block movement it in the opposite direction insuring line tension is maintained.
